You may exchange or return most merchandise for a refund or store credit, less shipping charges plus a $2.50 restocking fee, for up to 30 days after the items are shipped to you. Merchandise must have been purchased from SmoothStyle.com, must not have been worn or altered, and must be accompanied by its original tags and receipt or packing slip.
In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.

To return or exchange SmoothStyle.com items by mail:
Use the pre-addressed postage paid shipping label included with your original order. Securely pack your merchandise with a copy of your receipt, indicating items(s) being returned and reason(s). If an exchange, please indicate the requested exchange such as same item in a different size. If you are requesting an exchange such as the same item in a different size, you will not be charged for the shipment of your replacement item.
Please use the pre-addressed postage paid return label included with your original order.
We’ll process your return or exchange within 5-10 days of receipt (please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time).
If you provided an email address, we’ll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed.
